Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AutoBuiltAI.Studio handles information across the public streaming experience and related AutoBuiltAI Studio services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to AutoBuiltAI.Studio, its public streaming experience, and related web services operated under the AutoBuiltAI Studio name. The private production Studio is restricted to authorized operators and may use additional production providers as described below.

2. Information processed on the public site

Local viewer preferences. If you enable Preferences, this browser may store a viewer profile name, My List title IDs, watch-history title IDs, playback position and your privacy choices. These preference records remain in your browser unless you clear them or disable Preferences.

Aggregate streaming analytics. If you enable Analytics, the application may record title-level events such as play, detail view and completion, together with playback position, duration and a timestamp. The current public analytics layer does not attach a public account identifier to those events.

Technical and security information. Internet infrastructure and security providers may process network information such as IP address, browser/device information, request metadata, timestamps and security signals to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service.

3. Private Studio and production providers

The private AutoBuiltAI Studio may process production prompts, scripts, media assets and operational data through the dedicated local server runtime, the configured AI model provider, the Studio-owned local renderer, and owner-authorized distribution APIs. These private production workflows are not public viewer tracking.

4. YouTube API Services and Google account data

AutoBuiltAI Studio uses YouTube API Services when an authorized Studio operator connects a Google/YouTube account for publishing. The connection may access the authorized YouTube channel identity, granted OAuth permissions and authorization tokens needed to verify the channel, upload owner-approved videos, set owner-approved visibility and synthetic-media metadata, and upload prepared caption tracks. AutoBuiltAI Studio does not request or store a YouTube or Google account password.

Google/YouTube authorization data used by AutoBuiltAI Studio is limited to the connected publishing workflow. The application stores the refresh token in encrypted form together with the granted scope and connected channel identity in private production memory. This information is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or exposed to public viewers.

You may disconnect YouTube from the private Studio using the Disconnect YouTube control or revoke access from Google Security permissions. When authorization is revoked, AutoBuiltAI Studio is designed to revoke the stored token where possible and delete locally stored authorized YouTube API connection data as soon as practicable and within seven calendar days. A privacy-deletion request may also be submitted through the Privacy / Legal Request page. Deleting AutoBuiltAI Studio's stored connection data does not itself delete videos or other content stored by YouTube; use YouTube's own controls for deletion of content hosted on YouTube.

Use of YouTube-connected features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. How information is used

We use information to deliver video playback, remember user-requested preferences, secure and maintain the platform, understand aggregate title performance when consent is provided, troubleshoot problems, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Our public application uses browser storage for the privacy-choice record and, when enabled, Preferences. Optional aggregate analytics are sent only when Analytics is enabled through Cookie Settings. We do not currently use advertising cookies or targeted-advertising trackers in the AutoBuiltAI public application. See the Cookie Policy for details.

7. Selling or sharing personal information

AutoBuiltAI.Studio does not currently sell personal information or use public viewer information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this notice and provide legally required choices before using information for the new purpose.

8. Service providers

We may use service providers to host, secure, store, process or render platform content. Providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for the service they perform, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

9. Retention

Browser preference information remains on the device until it is cleared, the related feature is disabled, or the browser removes it. Aggregate event records and operational/security records are retained only for legitimate business, security, legal and platform-maintenance purposes, then deleted or deidentified when no longer reasonably necessary.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the platform and its information. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

AutoBuiltAI.Studio is a general-audience entertainment platform and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the public service. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, submit a Privacy Request so the matter can be reviewed.

12. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction or other action regarding personal information. Submit an online Privacy / Legal Request. We may need to verify a request before acting on it and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date shown at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted through the service when appropriate.

14. Governing terms

Use of the service is also governed by the Terms of Service. Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through the Privacy / Legal Request page.
