1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AutoBuiltAI.Studio, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
The public service is intended for a general audience age 13 or older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. The private Studio is restricted to authorized operators.
3. Entertainment service
AutoBuiltAI.Studio provides original and AI-assisted entertainment, streaming, production and related technology. Availability, titles, features and technical requirements may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
4. AI-assisted and synthetic content
Some films, scenes, voices, images, effects, metadata or other materials may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Unless a title expressly states otherwise, fictional or synthetic elements should not be treated as factual depictions, real endorsements, professional advice or documentary proof of real-world events.
5. Limited viewing license
Subject to these Terms, AutoBuiltAI Studio grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access publicly released content for personal, non-commercial viewing. No ownership rights are transferred.
6. Intellectual property
The AutoBuiltAI Studio platform, branding, software, audiovisual works, artwork, text, designs and other materials are owned by AutoBuiltAI Studio or its licensors, except where otherwise identified. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. See Copyright & Intellectual Property.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not unlawfully copy, redistribute, sell or exploit protected content; bypass access or security controls; interfere with the service; introduce malware; use automated systems in a manner that materially burdens or disrupts the service; misrepresent affiliation with AutoBuiltAI Studio; or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Third-party services
The platform may depend on or link to third-party infrastructure and services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. AutoBuiltAI Studio is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
9. YouTube API Services
AutoBuiltAI Studio includes optional YouTube-connected publishing features that use YouTube API Services. By connecting or using those features, the authorized operator also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube publishing actions must be deliberately initiated by the authorized operator, and visibility settings are not changed without the operator's express direction. Our handling of Google/YouTube authorization data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBuiltAI Studio and its operators, affiliates, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from the public service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AutoBuiltAI Studio for the applicable service during the twelve months before the claim or US $100. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AutoBuiltAI Studio and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Suspension and enforcement
We may restrict access or take reasonable protective action where necessary to secure the platform, comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse or enforce these Terms.
14. Governing law and Polk County venue
These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, you and AutoBuiltAI Studio consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts located in Polk County, Florida, or, when federal jurisdiction exists, the federal court serving Polk County, Florida.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be posted through the service when appropriate.
